Only speak on what you DO KNOW

When someone ask you a question you will not be completely clueless. Your train of thought will lead to the knowledge that YOU DO have.

Remember: FFO. Fake it and Fool around and Find out. Find out what? That you are a Fake! In other words: don’t fake it until you make it or you will be found out. If you start out by faking it you will end faking it until you are fired or embarrassed and driven to quit. IT IS SIMPLY HARD TO CATCH UP ON KNOWLEDGE. You will find yourself overwelmed and feeling like you are simply pressing buttons everyday. You will not care about your job or the people you are serving properly because your pride has taken over. Instead of you taking the time to educate yourself you are just spinning the wheel. Stress on the job is real no matter how you choose to go about learning. The best course of action to take when you are starting out or starting at a new place is to be humble. Be teachable and submissive.
