PRO TIPS:

When someone talks about your coworker to you don't feed into it. Be positive and put that conversation to SHAME!

When your coworkers want to talk about patient stuff be a pro and speak to that coworker in a low tone to indicate that you are keeping the conversation private so you don't break HIPPA laws.

When your coworkers laugh at you or tease you. Laugh with them! DONT TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: You were hired to be an asset to the team by slowly increasing your knowledge and speed. They may be able to come for you for many reasons but at the end of the day, THEY CANNOT COME YOUR SKILLS, PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU DISPLAY ON THE JOB. SO DO THE JOB WELL.
